Map & directions

Keene Rd is the reason the rest of the company works. Demolition debris from every job comes back here, gets sorted, and the concrete, block and rock go through our own crusher and come out as road base, paver base and #57 rock.

That closes the loop most demolition contractors have to buy their way out of. Disposal is not a line item we mark up from someone else’s gate rate — it is a cost we control, and it is why our numbers hold up against contractors who have to haul to a commercial landfill and pay whatever the scale says.

This is also the only one of our yards the public deals with. Estimates are booked from here, and material is sold and picked up here Monday to Friday.

What runs from here

Kept at the Clearwater yard

  • The construction and demolition transfer station
  • The crushing and screening plant
  • Excavators, skid steers and attachments
  • Roll-off and dump trucks
  • Recycled base material stock — road base, paver base, #57 rock
  • Dispatch and estimating

Why the location matters

Central Pinellas, close to the Gulf-to-Bay and US 19 corridors, with no bridge crossing for any job on this side of the bay. Short cycles mean more loads per day and a lower bid.

Most demolition contractors pay a gate rate by the ton at a facility they do not own, add to it, and pass it on. Ours is the gate: the C&D transfer station on Keene Rd is ours, the concrete and block come back to be crushed, and the disposal line on the quote is what it actually costs.

Services

What we do from every yard

Residential Demolition

Taking down a house is mostly paperwork and disposal — the machine work is two or three days, and everything around it is what decides the price and the timeline.

What drives the quote

Pool Removal

There are two ways to take out a pool, and the one you choose changes the price, the paperwork, and what you can build on the spot afterwards.

What drives the quote

Commercial Demolition

Commercial demolition is a permitting and logistics job as much as a machinery job — the license is what lets us be on the site at all, and the sequence is what keeps everyone else on schedule.

What drives the quote

Concrete & Slab Removal

This is the job our whole operation is built around: break it out, haul it to our yard, crush it, and sell it back as base material.

What drives the quote

Mobile Home Demolition

A mobile home is a demolition job and a disposal job at once — the structure comes apart into several different waste streams, and that is what drives the price.

What drives the quote

Site Clearance & Lot Clearing

Site clearance is everything between the lot you bought and the pad you can build on — and the fewer contractors that takes, the cheaper and faster it goes.

Questions

Clearwater yard FAQs

Can I visit the Clearwater yard?

Yes. 1741 N Keene Rd, Clearwater, FL 33755 is open Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. This is the yard with the transfer station and the material stock, so it is the one to come to.

What does having a yard in Clearwater change for me?

Central Pinellas, close to the Gulf-to-Bay and US 19 corridors, with no bridge crossing for any job on this side of the bay. Short cycles mean more loads per day and a lower bid. On a demolition quote, mobilization and haul distance are real money, so a machine that starts the day nearer your job is a cheaper job.

Where does the debris go?

To our own construction and demolition transfer station at 1741 N Keene Rd, Clearwater, where the concrete, block and rock are crushed into road base, paver base and #57 rock. We are not paying a third party’s gate rate and passing it to you.

Are you licensed for demolition in Florida?

Yes — C-11855 Specialty Demolition Contractor (C-11855) and CUC041521 Underground Utility (CUC041521). The same licenses cover every yard; they are held by the company, not the location.

Do you charge more to work out of Clearwater?

No. The yard exists to shorten the trip, not to add a zone charge. Quotes are per job, on site, free.
