Where we work from

3 yards, one company

Demolition is priced partly on distance. Every load of debris is a round trip, so where the machines sleep changes what the job costs.

Most demolition contractors pay a gate rate by the ton at a facility they do not own, add to it, and pass it on. Ours is the gate: the C&D transfer station on Keene Rd is ours, the concrete and block come back to be crushed, and the disposal line on the quote is what it actually costs.

Only the Clearwater yard is open to the public — it is the one with the transfer station, the crusher and the material stock. Seminole and Dade City are equipment and truck yards that put iron closer to the work, and they are not visitor locations.

Clearwater is the one to visit

1741 N Keene Rd, Clearwater, FL 33755 is open Mon–Fri 7:00am – 5:00pm. It is where estimates are booked, where clean concrete, rock, shell and brick can be dropped, and where recycled base material is sold and collected.

Dumpsters and base material are sold through our sister site, sarnagoandsonsrecycling.com, out of the same yard.
